Buyer’s agreement

A contract (buyer’s agreement, contract) has been deemed as made between Eventstickets.club and the buyer (“you, your, the client”) when the client has confirmed requirements, by any medium, and Eventstickets.club has accepted the order and provided a confirmation email (invoice). The following terms and conditions along with any other policies or guidelines posted on this site shall govern your use of this site. If you visit our site or make a purchase, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. Please read through them before placing your order.

 

Obligation

The use of the Website Services requires subscription or registration of the User on the Website. The registration process involves the acceptance of the present Terms of Use by the User.

In the very rare circumstances where your order cannot be fulfilled in time before the match, we offer a 110% money back guarantee! If you ordered “up to 2 together” you will be allocated seats in pairs. Orders for 3 tickets will be allocated with a pair and a single seat, as close as possible. If you ordered “up to 4 together”, then a maximum of 4 seats will be seated together. Bookings for more than 4 will be seated in two groups or more, as close as possible. Precise seat details will be allocated closer to the matches. Events Tickets Club guarantee tickets in the section you have ordered, or a free upgrade to a higher priced category.

 

Requirements

Sellers and Buyers are obligated to indicate a credit/debit card number of which the expiration date must be after the date of the event for which the tickets are being offered. You must have the card holders permission for the details provided.

 

Sourcing

All tickets offered for sale on Events Tickets Club are sourced from individual sellers.

Once Eventstickets.club has sent the first email to the seller informing them that, depending on the case, the sale is pending or confirmed, the offer can’t be withdrawn or modified, and the seller must save the tickets at the disposal of the buyer. Once a transaction on an offer is accepted by the buyer Eventstickets.club will send an email confirming the sale and the seller must carry out the transaction in a manner that the buyer may make effective use of the acquired titles/tickets.

 

Ticket Delivery

Tickets are delivered using secure delivery methods which require a signature on receipt of the tickets. You can select your method of delivery on our checkout page. We reserve the right to deliver tickets as e-tickets with no refund on delivery fees. Sometimes delivery methods from the promoters change and the delivery of tickets regardless of the format requires the same amount of administration for our dispatch team. The majority of tickets will be delivered within 7-10 days of your event. But on certain occasions tickets will be released closer to the time of the event for security purposes. Events Tickets Club guarantee tickets in the section you have ordered, or a free upgrade to a higher priced category.

 

Season Cards

If a buyer fails to return a season card to Events Tickets Club within 48 hours of the event concluding, the buyer agrees that Events Tickets Club may charge a fee of £175 per season card.

We are not affiliated nor endorsed by any of the artists, teams, venues or organisations listed on this site.Ticket Prices may be below or above the face value.

 

Credit Card Payments

We accept most major credit cards. Please be aware that purchasing by credit card does not entitle you to cancel your order or grant you any variances from our terms and conditions. Any attempt to defraud us will be responded to with legal action to recover all losses and legal fees. If you have an issue regarding your order please contact our customer service first as we are here to assist you.

 

All sales are final

All sales are final, no refunds are possible unless an event is cancelled and not rescheduled. Under rare circumstances which lead to you not receiving your tickets in time for the event the buyer will be refunded. We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets, and we regret that we cannot under any circumstances issue duplicate tickets.

 

Regulation

The buyer is over 18 years old and has the legal capacity to make the transaction.

 

In The Event of Cancellation or Rescheduling

If an event is cancelled, we will refund full amount to the buyer minus a 8% booking and administration fee. If an event is rescheduled by the artist or promoter your tickets will carry over to the new date. We do not have any control over these events. We will not be liable for costs of travel fares, hotels, or any other expenses that may be incurred if a concert is cancelled/rescheduled. It is your responsibility to ensure the concert is going ahead before traveling. We will do our best to inform you if the date has been changed but we do not accept liability if we are unable to contact you. We strongly advise that you check before making arrangements.

 

COVID-19

As stated, if an event in cancelled, due to CODID-19 or otherwise, we will refund the full amount minus a 8% booking and administration fee. If the event is re-scheduled and you can not attend the new date due to COVID-19, including international travel restrictions, or personally contracting the virus, you will be offered a credit note for the market rate value of the ticket at that time. They credit note can be used on eventstickets.club over a maximum of two orders. You are also at liberty to re-sell your ticket privately at your own risk.

 

Your Order

The seating charts on the site are there to serve as a guide when purchasing tickets but do not guarantee exact section and/or row locations. If an error is found while processing your order you will be notified and provided with other available seating choices or the option to cancel your order. We reserve the right to upgrade your tickets at no additional cost. Additionally we reserve the right to downgrade under rare circumstances, in which case the buyer will be contacted to ensure that the tickets are suitable or if a partial refund is warranted. Bookings for (6) or more seated tickets will be allocated as close together as possible. In the rare instance a problem arises tickets will be supplied in pairs as close together as possible. For The Last Night of The Proms at The Royal Albert Hall, tickets are sold in pairs. Any order for odd numbers will be supplied in pairs and single tickets seated as closely together as possible.

 

Premier League Tickets

Event date and time are subject to change – please check the correct date and time and make your personal arrangements for attending the match on the new date and time. No refunds can be made for rescheduled matches – tickets will be valid to the new date and time.

 

The ticket categories shown are not always similar to the categories used by the official organizer of the event. Block, row and seat numbers cannot be known before purchasing. Tickets are guaranteed to be seated together upto (4), orders for more than 4 will be seated as close together as possible in groups.

 

Events Tickets Club is a secondary marketplace for tickets to live events. Ticket Prices are set by sellers and may be below or above the face value. Events Tickets Club is in no way associated with Premier League, the organisers or sponsors for the Premier League. The term Premier League is used only for the purpose of properly describing certain events without permission of premier League. Events Tickets Club tickets and packages are not affiliated with Premier League.

 

Events Tickets Club will aim to deliver your tickets 2-6 days prior to the match, however the dispatch time for Premier League tickets can be short and sometimes orders can be delivered on the day of the match. We will make sure the tickets are in your hands before the match starts. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery, also hand deliver by courier to hotel receptions/concierges. We reserve the right to make you collect your tickets from a central London pick up points (Scheduled in advance). If your tickets are e-tickets they will be emailed to you.
